Does it really matter where you come from if you lack the fire, a desire to conquer, and a passion to win?In my opinion, if you have the will to face the challenge and to adapt to the new environment it really does not matter. Time changes everything, so what matters is how well, how quick, and how fast you can establish yourself to the change.Do you have the vision, this is what it really matters..
For instance, let us say you do not know French, should that deter you from doing a business in a French market? If you have it in you, you will learn French, enter the French market, and compete with the French. It is not about the language or the resources, it is about your willingness to try, to go that extra mile. You can stay within your self-established limits and be called a "Safe Player" but for me you are a "Loser".

This is what really differentiate a winner and a follower. You have to mould yourself with change keeping vision in your mind. Rest does not matter.
